Apartments Lućica Lastovo. The house is located in a small port of Lucica which is located just below the town of Lastovo which is only 1km far. The house is next to the waterfront, 10m from the sea. It has a ground floor and first floor. In the ground floor is a two-room apartment for 6-7 persons, and on the 1.floor is one bedroom apartment for 2-3 persons. The house has large terrace 5m away from the sea. The house was recently renovated and the apartments are fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable holliday. Ground floor apartment has no direct sea view, but has a terrace in front of it, while the upstairs apartment has no balcony but has an open view from the rooms to the sea. Parking is 20m away.Nearest pebble beach is 100m behind the house in the bay sv.Mihajlo where is a small cafe-disco that runs all day and night. All other necessary facilities are located in the village of Lastovo 1km above Lucica.

Lučica is an historic settlement with 30 old stone houses is a protected historic site. Originally, it was a fisherman settlement and buildings were used as storage places for fishing equipment and fish. It is situated next to the sea but less than one kilometer (0.5 mile) from the main settlement – Lastovo. You can come to Lučica by an asphalt road or, if you are walking, you can use the old 400 m long pathway through woods. Original Mediterranean architecture. Many buildings are more than a few centuries old. For visitors, Lučica is a shadowy, peaceful, and above all enjoyable place, with pristine vegetation marked by old trees. The waterfront is stone. It is turned toward Korčula and the bay is big enough just for small boats. Therefore, you can enjoy the beauty of Lučica waterfront and swimming in the sea without being disturbed by noisy powerboats, pollution or crowds.
