Guests are have two apartments. Each on their floor.Each with own terrace and parking places. Swimming in the bay - the crystal clear sea, with no speed boats for swimmers and other potentially dangerous boats. Only a few small fishing boats. Ideal for children. Approach to the house with asphalt road from the town of Lastovo where the health center, post office, bank, pharmacy, butcher and a well supplied supermarket. And of course bars and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to Lastovo town and with the car just a couple of minutes (1km). Lučica is an historic settlement with 30 old stone houses is a protected historic site. Originally, it was a fisherman settlement and buildings were used as storage places for fishing equipment and fish. It is situated next to the sea but less than one kilometer (0.5 mile) from the main settlement – Lastovo. You can come to Lučica by an asphalt road or, if you are walking, you can use the old 400 m long pathway through woods. Original Mediterranean architecture. Many buildings are more than a few centuries old. For visitors, Lučica is a shadowy, peaceful, and above all enjoyable place, with pristine vegetation marked by old trees. The waterfront is stone. It is turned toward Korčula and the bay is big enough just for small boats. Therefore, you can enjoy the beauty of Lučica waterfront and swimming in the sea without being disturbed by noisy powerboats, pollution or crowds.
